My name is Russell Hacker, I am a licensed full time Captain on Lake Ontario and have been doing so for 35 years now. Being full time I have the chance to move with the fish being on the water everyday it allows me to adapt to the constant changing conditions and finicky fish to ensure you have a great trip.
